The Hilliard Quarterly Magazine is a high gloss, 70 lb. paper (high quality) magazine made up of local businesses and businesses that serve the area. Most of the advertisers include an offer to draw in new customers and then use the coupons as a tracking tool. It is an effective and creative advertising medium as well as being affordable, high quality and community oriented. The magazine has 12 or 16 pages which makes it easy for an ad to get noticed and is filled with colorful, professional looking ads designed by a graphic artist with over 20 years experience! The Roger Reynolds Municipal Park includes 8 lighted ball fields, Disc Golf Course, three lakes and a large amount of green space for sporting competitions. The Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association maintains a 30 acre soccer complex on Scioto Darby Road.Heritage Rail Trail is a 6.1 mile walking, running and bicycling path that connects Hilliard to Plain City. Homestead Park features sand volleyball courts and basketball courts. Hilliard Ray Patch Family Y is a 50,000 square facility with two basketball courts, eight lane lap pool and climbing wall. The Franklin County Fairgrounds hosts numerous sporting events. Golf Courses nearby include Raymond Memorial Golf Course, Thorn Apple Country Club and Wilson Road Golf Course. Heritage Golf Club is located in Hilliard however this is a private course.
